3. AI Processing and Data Usage

Important: Your transcript data is processed by AI services (including OpenAI) to generate insights, summaries, and enable search functionality.

  • We use OpenAI's API with zero data retention policies
  • Your data is NOT used to train AI models
  • Transcripts are stored securely in our database with encryption
  • You retain all ownership rights to your content

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Your Team: Content you share within your workspace is accessible to team members
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our service (hosting, analytics, payment processing)
